General Information

  • Catch One is located at 4067 W. Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90019.

  • Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm.

    We are open on select nights for concerts, parties, and special events. Please check our event calendar for event specific hours.

  • The minimum age requirement may vary depending on the event. Please check the event details on our website or contact us for specific age restrictions.

  • We encourage stylish and trendy attire, but our dress code is casual to dressy casual. Open toe shows are not allowed.

    Any attire that could miscounrteud or used as a weapon (i.e. large chains, sharp jewelry ) is not allowed.

  • Large cameras, pepper spray, anything with spikes or blades, outside food our drink, knives, tasers and non-medical masks are NOT allowed inside the club.

  • Smartphone or small personal cameras are allowed.

    Large cameras for professional photography or videography MUST be approved in advance by the venue and require a media pass.

    If you would like to request a media pass, email louie@chivalry.la.

  • Only small purses are allowed inside and will be searched by security. No large bags or backpacks are allowed.

  • All recovered items from the weekend are turned into our lost and found the following Monday. Call our office Monday through Friday from 11am-5pm to see if property was recovered. Our office number is: (323) 737-1159. You can also email info@chivalry.la for any lost and found inquiries.

  • Yes, we have on-site parking available which is located right next to our building.

    Please note - there are other parking lots near our venue that are NOT managed by Catch One.

  • Yes, we are committed to providing accessible accommodations. Please contact us at info@chivalry.la in advance if you require special assistance, and we'll be happy to help.

TICKETS

  • Yes, you can buy tickets for most events directly on our website. Simply go to the event page and follow the ticketing instructions. Our primary ticketing partner is DICE.

  • While online ticketing is encouraged, we do offer ticket sales at the door if available. It's recommended to arrive early as some events may sell out in advance.

  • We accept major credit cards for online ticket purchases. At the door, we accept credit cards and , depending on the event, cash.

  • You can either print your online ticket or show it on your mobile device. We accept both formats.

  • Please email info@chivalry.la to recover your ticket confirmation email.

  • When purchasing tickets to an event, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    Unless an event is cancelled, we have a no refund policy on all events that are ticketed through the venue.
